Dilsher Batth

Dilsher is a Property and Commercial Solicitor at MDL, advising clients on a broad range of legal matters across the real estate and business sectors. He is focused on delivering practical, commercially sound solutions tailored to each client's needs.

He has extensive experience acting for property developers, investors, landlords, and small to medium enterprises (SMEs). Dilsher regularly advises on residential and commercial property transactions, land acquisitions, site development, commercial leases, and joint ventures. His commercial practice also covers business sales and acquisitions, shareholder and partnership agreements, and general commercial contracts.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Business (Accounting) – Queensland University of Technology (QUT); Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice – QUT. Memberships: Queensland Law Society.
