Evelyn Clark

Evelyn Clark is a commercial property lawyer with a strong background in both residential and commercial transactions. After completing her Bachelor of Laws at Griffith University in 2018 and her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the College of Law (NSW) later that year, Evelyn commenced her legal career in regional New South Wales in general practice.

Over time, she developed a particular interest in property law and chose to specialise exclusively in this area. Since relocating to Queensland in 2022, she has continued to practise solely in property law, joining McCarthy Durie Lawyers in November 2023.

Evelyn works with a broad range of clients, including large and small property developers, surveyors, and individuals navigating residential conveyancing. Known for her practical, client-focused approach, she tailors her advice to the unique needs of each project or transaction, ensuring efficient and effective outcomes.

Outside of work, Evelyn enjoys spending quality time with her young family in local city parks and cafés, or unwinding in the peaceful natural surrounds and rural atmosphere of her home country town.
