Kimberley Davis

Kim is a Special Counsel and Team leader of our Wills & Estates department, working with clients across both our Brisbane CBD and Redlands offices. With her career dedicated to estate planning and estate administration, Kim is known for her rare ability to connect with people from all walks of life.

Kim is passionate about helping clients structure their affairs to ensure a smooth and secure transfer of wealth between generations. She approaches each matter with empathy and clarity, guiding clients through the legal and emotional complexities of succession law to provide confidence and peace of mind.

Qualifications: Master of Applied Law (Succession Law); Bachelor of Laws; Bachelor of Business; Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice.

Community Involvement: Volunteer, Financial Superwomen – educating and empowering survivors of domestic violence to achieve financial security; Lawyer, Mater Foundation Free Will Program (Redlands).
