Madeleine brings over a decade of experience in the legal industry and has been practising as a solicitor since her admission in 2018.

Known for her thorough approach and strong advocacy skills, Madeleine has developed a diverse litigation practice spanning a wide range of commercial and general dispute matters. She has advised and acted for clients across numerous areas of law, including building and construction disputes, bodies corporate disputes, local council matters (including show cause notices, infringements, and stormwater issues), consumer law disputes under the Australian Consumer Law, corporate and insolvency matters (including liquidation and bankruptcy), debt recovery, defamation and injurious falsehood claims, employment disputes, planning and environmental law matters (including land resumptions, development applications, and appeals), and residential tenancy, fencing, and other property-related disputes.
