Ross Snell is a Partner in the Commercial Property and Leasing team, with over thirteen years’ experience facilitating property and commercial transactions of all kinds. His work spans leasing, business sales, subdivisions, land amalgamations, rent roll sales, bank guarantees, and a wide range of transactions involving land and commercial premises.
Ross acts for a diverse client base, from institutional operators and corporations with established property portfolios to first-time investors, tenants, and landlords. Regardless of who he’s advising, Ross has one clear goal: to be the most approachable lawyer in the industry. He believes the law is already complicated enough — clients should never feel uneasy about speaking with their lawyer.
A dedicated advocate for the Redlands business community, Ross has served on the executive committee of the Redlands Coast Chamber of Commerce for more than four years, including as Secretary and Head of Governance. He has worked with major local stakeholders and all levels of government through initiatives such as Champions Redlands Coast and the Redlands Regional Jobs Committee. Ross is also a regular host of the Chamber’s Connected Business Breakfast series.
Outside the office, Ross is known for his love of nature — particularly the weird and wonderful parts of it. He’s also the firm’s resident Star Wars expert and tends to an impressive (and somewhat dangerous) garden of cacti at home.
